Section: Messages from Earth         Theme: Abundance

Take a moment to express your gratitude for the abundance that currently exists in your life, and visualize yourself surrounded by even more abundance in the future. Trust that the universe is conspiring to bring you all the good that you desire, and affirm to yourself that you are deserving of it. Let go of any limiting beliefs or fears that may be holding you back from experiencing abundance, and embrace a mindset of flow and possibility. With this mindset, take action towards manifesting more abundance in your life. Start by writing down a clear intention for what you want to attract into your life in the next 6 months. Next write down 2 action steps you can take now towards achieving it. Finally, acts of kindness and generosity towards others often attracts more abundance into our own lives, write down 3 kind or generous things you can do for someone else and complete you list this week.

Outdoor Challenge

Week 3

This week we challenge you to complete an outdoor diy scavenger hunt! Your objective is to explore nature and find as many examples of abundance as possible. Choose a nearby outdoor location such as a park, urban garden, or nature trail and follow the steps below:

  1. Take a hike or walk at your chosen location, looking for all examples of abundance. Examples could include:
      • A tree with many leaves or fruit
      • A community garden with an abundance of herbs or vegetables
      • A field of wildflowers
      • A river or stream with an abundance of life
      • A beach with tons of seashells
  1. Take photos or make a list of all the examples of abundance that you find. Try to find at least 5 examples.
  2. Share your findings on social media with the hashtag #wehiketoheal and #abundantnature to inspire others to take part in the challenge!
