Join us for our 2022 kickoff event.
We will be walking each of you through a Mindful Mapping exercise to help you plan out your 2022 mindfulness activities and adventures.

The Mindful Minutes Program was created to encourage the practice of mindfulness in our everyday lives. From gardening to hiking, participants are asked to log daily activities on our tracker. Each month we giveaway a prize pack from our sponsors to encourage folks to log their activities. Our goal for 2021 is to reach 100,000 minutes logged!
We will continue this program into 2022. Past sponsors have included REI, Hydroflask, HipCamp, Merrell, Stanley, Fjällräven and Garmin!
